Full Membership

Full Membership of CLOA is open to all strategic leaders working directly in the local government environment, and who hold direct cross-sector managerial resposibility for a range of culture and leisure services.

Eligibilty Criteria: You will be a Senior Strategic Leader, responsible for managing the delivery of a range of cultural areas and either employed directly by local government or for a non-profit distributing organisation.

Associate Membership

Associate Membership is open to strategic leaders working outside of local government, either in individual cultural disciplines or other related organisations, or in associated areas such as health, education, regeneration and other social sectors. Associate Members should be able to demonstrate a commitment to the development of local government cultural and leisure services as a vehicle for delivering progress within their own work areas.

Eligibilty Criteria: You will be a Strategic Manager, manage in a single cultural sector or in an associated area such as Health, Education, Regeneration etc. and committed to the development of local government cultural and leisure services.
